1. Under Revenue on your dashboard, click on Orders.

For example, you may want to search for all orders using the offer code SAVE10.

Download filtered results

With a filtered list, you can select to download them one of two ways -  Export or Order Detail Export

  • To download all orders, click one of these two buttons - it will download everything in the list, or
  • Select the items you want to download by checking the box next to the Order row. Once you have selected all the orders you want, then click one of the two buttons.
  • A csv file will be downloaded to your local computer.

Export

This is the "legacy" order report. Each order is on one line, and each product in the order is in a different column, such as PRODUCT 1 ID, PRODUCT 1 NAME, PRODUCT 2 ID, PRODUCT 2 NAME, etc.

Order Detail Export

This report has one product per row. If a user has ordered two products then their order will be one two rows, with one product per row. Product labels are PRODUCT, PRODUCT NAME, etc.

Note that values such as SHIPPING and TAX will have the same amount listed on both product rows - the cost is not broken down or divided up by product.
